“I love cannabis. For awhile that would not be something you would write about and post online – personally or professionally. It’s 2019 – Cannabis is covered weekly from most mainstream media outlets in some form or another.
Safe-Reach was born out of a passion for the plant, a desire to spread the best brands and companies in this space and selfishly to make some money. Arto and I are “veterans” of this advertising space and have worked with ( insert data/media/marketing platform name here) supporting campaign work for pretty much every IAB vertical across the United States as a local market and a national media vendor supporting brands and agencies delivering online advertising.
As Cannabis grows we have seen a rise in advertising solutions that look to navigate the challenging media landscape for cannabis brands. While some of these solutions add real value to brands and advertisers of all scales, there are more than a few options that don’t deliver scaled results.
Will there be a day in the future where a cannabis brand can run Google Ads or Instagram ads like other businesses? Personally – I think it will be a long time if ever – in the meantime brands will need to look elsewhere for solutions-based products, we believe Safe-Reach has the right comprehension of this market, the regulatory landscape and the programmatic tools needed to build an online presence to support e-commerce and retail initiatives.
